Two different roles

For data you give us directly — a demo request, an email, a support conversation — we are the controller and decide how it is used.

For data inside a customer's AQARI ONE tenancy — their tenants, owners, leases and documents — we are a processor. That customer decides what is stored and for how long; we act on their instructions under a data processing agreement.

What we collect on this website

• Details you submit in the demo form: name, work email, company, role, portfolio size and anything you write in the message field.
• Basic technical data needed to serve the page securely, such as IP address and user agent, held in server logs.
• Your theme preference, stored in your own browser and never sent to us.
• Aggregate, cookieless page analytics — which pages are viewed and which links are used. These are counts, not profiles, and they are not linked to you.

This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies and embeds no social scripts. Where analytics are enabled they are cookieless: no identifier is stored on your device and nothing is used to recognise you across other sites, which is why there is no consent banner to click through.

Why we use it

• To prepare and run the demo you asked for, and to follow up about it.
• To respond to enquiries and provide support.
• To keep the service secure and diagnose faults.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry, or the performance of a contract where one exists.

Where it is stored

Platform data is hosted in the UAE region by default. EU and KSA regions are available and can be specified contractually. Data does not leave the selected region, including for AI inference.

How long we keep it

• Demo and enquiry records: 24 months from last contact, unless you ask us to erase them sooner.
• Customer platform data: for the term of the agreement and the agreed retention period after it, then deleted.
• Security and audit logs: as required to meet our obligations and to investigate incidents.

Who we share it with

Only with sub-processors needed to run the service — cloud hosting, email delivery and error monitoring — each under contract and each restricted to the selected region. A current sub-processor list is available on request. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction of anything inaccurate, erasure, restriction of processing, or to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@aqarione.com and we will respond within 30 days. If your data sits inside a customer's tenancy, we will refer you to that customer, who controls it.
