The AQARI ONE name, logo, interface designs and content on this site are our property or licensed to us. Nothing here grants a licence to use them.

No warranty for site content

This website is provided as-is. We take care to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of it. Warranties and liability for the platform are set out in the enterprise agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
